My name is Mick and I am the Founder of Ghostteq.Com . Throughout my whole life I have experienced matters that included ghosts. All dating back from my childhood. It wasn't until my late 40's did I finally take these matters more seriously, in creating and helping to create paranormal groups with the purpose of helping people find answers. In 1995, our very first team , the Spring Lake North Carolina Ghost Hunters appeared, with a crew of 8 we ventured out to several residential cases within our district. As with many teams in the field, people eventually either loose interest or go their separate ways. Never holding any animosity towards any individuals goals or aspirations, we moved always forward. Three more teams gained the name before we came to an understanding, well, more so us as founders. We chose to change our field titles to Paranormal Investigators rather than Hunters. The word Hunter , having an infamous meaning in which does not describe or fit into what we do. Making it clear that this was our choice and should not reflect how other teams throughout the country hold themselves bearing the same name including Hunter. Choice is an open opportunity that we all give way to regardless of our opinion of the matter.
